Do you deliver outside Bunia?
Yes. Our head office is in Bunia, but we serve clients throughout the Democratic Republic of the Congo and worldwide. Just specify the delivery location in your quote request.
How do I get a quote?
Fill in our 3-step quote form: select what you need, list your items (you can attach photos), then leave your contact details. You will receive a reference number, and our team will get back to you by phone, WhatsApp or email.
Am I committed by requesting a quote?
No. Our quotes are free of obligation: you receive a detailed offer and approve it before any order is placed.
Can you find a part I can't find anywhere else?
Describe it as precisely as possible: make and model of the machine, serial number, part number and photos. We review every request and let you know what we can offer.
What are your delivery lead times?
They depend on the product, the quantity and the delivery location. The lead time is specified in each quote. If your need is urgent, please mention it in your request.
Can you provide the documents required for a tender?
